I chose two musicians. The musicians are Curits Mayfield and Francis Bebey

First,Curits Mayfield. I think that his music is beautiful luxurious sound and he put themes such as own faith, freedom, peace, and love, on his lyrics message. And he throw a message to a listening person in his music. I think his life to have been music itself.

Next, Francis Bebey. I think his music style is unique. A whistle,classical guitar, jazz, and pop.

I think that he didn't like doing a thing music same as other people of music. I think he is a genius at music.

I think both men loved music.

Q. What have been the effects of the 9/11 attacks on the US and other countries?

A. I think many countries were effected. My highschool's teacher's friend was at WTC when 11th of September. She told me that She was dead. I don't want to happen terrorism no more in the world.

Homework: Cambodia: Sinn Sisamouth & Ros Sereysothea

Q, What can you find out about the Vietnam War? How did the war affect other countries in the region, such as Cambodia?

A, My country, Japan was affected by Vietnam War. For example, Japan had to offered many United States Forces Japan base by Treaty of Mutual Cooperation and Security between the United States and Japan. Japan became the social problem that a leftist student caused a student activism thanks to the grace.
Anyway I'd like to say ,war is shit.

Homework Russia: Sergey Kuryokhin

Q, What have been the main changes in Russia (positive and negative) since the end of the Cold War?

A, I think Russia came to cooperate with the world. It's good example that International Space Station(ISS). Other than Russia, United States of America, Japan, Canada and Europe cooperate and push forward construction of the ISS too.

But, Russia has negative point. Russia does not give back the Japanese northern territories.

Q, India and Pakistan are now both nuclear powers. Do you think nuclear weapons make the world safer or more dangerous? What is your country’s position on nuclear weapons?

A, I don't think that nuclear weapons make safer the world. It's too terrible weapons. I want them to disappear someday... but, it's impossible, I guess. Even if a nuclear weapon disappeared from the world, somebody knows how to make them. Therefore it is impossible.

My country hasn't got a nuclear weapon. Because my country has made the constitution that "does not have a nuclear weapon" in old days.

Q, In 2008 the EU blocked imports of Brazilian beef. Have there been any similar cases in your country? How safe is the food you eat?

A, Yes, my country has smimilar case such the EU ,when I was a young boy. It's BSE(Bovine Spongiform Encephalopathy) in 2000's. This problem is an epidemic to be seen in a cow with a kind of TSE (communicability spongy brain fever). Restaurant suppliers / food service industry companies which handled beef a big blow and became the serious social problem.
I remember that a beef bowl of Yoshino-ya disappears and has turned into a pork bowl. And I remember that After the problem, the taste of the meat which I ate was delicious after a long absence.

Q, Conflict over oil and other natural resources has been a feature of many African countries since Independence. Which other countries have fought such wars?





A, It's Iran–Iraq. Iran-Iraq War was a war of Iraq and Iran lasting from 22 September 1980 to 20 August 1988. There is the one of the direct causes for "Algiers agreement" concluded between the two countries in 1975. It was contents to "assume the border of the two countries the center of the shuttle Arab River" by this agreement, but when Iran did not protect this for many years, and Iraq declared war.

In 1979 Iraq there was the Islam Revolution. Pro-American soft-headed Levy Administration fell and spread guidance bottom of Khomeini, the political system "Islam republican form of government" that were different from the neighboring Arabic countries and strengthened the fear of the outskirts Arab countries of the monarchism center, but confusion of Iran increased, and disorder was considered to be it to military affairs system for the purge of the conservatives, and this was a good opportunity for neighbor countries which fought.

But In Iraq, Saddam Hussein controled government and purges the opposition. He established strong dictature and strengthened armaments.

In August, 1988, they ceased fire by the mediation of the United Nations Security Council.
In addition, Iraq invaded and attacked in the Kuwait on 2nd in August, 1990 and became the Gulf War in the next year.

The victim of the two countries is estimated to be around 1,000,000.

In addition, this war was the in history first warfighting that both belligerent nation shot a missile.
